Unlike other charities you can have a real say in the future operations of Re:Action, simply by re:acting yourself, getting involved and raising funds you become a re:actor. And in turn we will ask you to voice your opinions and concerns – what countries or regions are close to your heart? Perhaps you could help Re:Action expand and take on another project in another country.
Our aim is to work exclusively on one project in each country but with so much left to be done your views and opinions are extremely valuable to us. After all, it is donations that keep any charity in operation and that is why we wish to progress in this manner – without your help we can not help. Furthermore, we try and concentrate on issues that the world has moved on from. Every year there are new circumstances that mean priorities shift, but sometimes everyone throwing money at the same projects is not the best way to do things. To this day much of the Tsunami money has not been spent. We concentrate on small projects in parts of the world that have recently been savaged either through a natural disaster or by man’s own actions.
