Our aims...
The aims of Re:Action International are simple: to help assist existing projects in the developing world. We try and work with local trusts and charities enabling them to undertake projects that otherwise would be beyond their financial scope. By working in this way it keeps our costs down so more of your money goes directly to those who need it.
More about Us
Re:Action International (registered charity number 111430) was set up in September 2005 by one of the youngest teams of people ever do to so in the UK (with an average age of just 23). (See the founders!)

So what does Re:Action International do, and how does it differ from other charities?
The aims of Re:Action International are simple: to help assist existing projects in the developing world. We try and work with local trusts and charities enabling them to undertake projects that otherwise would be beyond their financial scope. By working in this way it keeps our costs down so more of your money goes directly to those who need it. It also helps to promote local pride and employment and to ensure that everything is carried out with the local culture in mind. Sadly, there were many instances during the Asian Tsunami appeal where generous gestures were wasted as they simply did not fit in with the locals’ beliefs.
Our scope is immense; our objectives allow us to work anywhere within the developing world, which means we can work on any continent. However, we will only take up projects in areas where there have been recent human conflict or nature disasters, and aim to work in those where the Western cameras have moved on from.
Currently we have two projects that we have committed to: The expansion of an orphanage in Aceh, Indonesia. (for more information on this please click ????) The complete funding of two schools in Sudan (For more information on this please click ???)
